Work 1-1 with Liz:
Join one of our 6-week courses and secure one of the 12 available gold-level working spots. As a working student, you’ll receive exclusive access to Liz for video form reviews and unlimited opportunities to ask questions, ensuring personalized support every step of the way.

Supplemental Lectures:
In Liz’s courses, you’ll have access to relevant supplemental lectures aimed at deepening your understanding of fitness and enhancing your motivation. These additional resources are designed to provide valuable insights and support your journey towards improved performance.

You can expect to notice a substantial improvement in your strength, speed and mobility at the completion of the 6 weeks. After just 1-2 weeks, you’ll experience more energy, better sleep and an improved mood. 

A minimum of a full year! Simply enrol in any course  each year to maintain your full course library.
