Experience a comprehensive and results-driven training regimen that focuses on building functional strength, improving muscular endurance, and enhancing overall athleticism. Through a combination of resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and core strengthening routines, you’ll develop the strength and agility needed to excel in any competition.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our strength program includes two workouts per week, each lasting 35-45 minutes. Additionally, daily mobility exercises take just 5-6 minutes.

You’ll need sets of dumbbells (5lbs, 10lbs, and 15lbs), this band set, and a mat. These workouts are designed to be done in the space of a yoga mat, making it easy to fit into your home environment.

Absolutely! Accessibility to quality strength training is one of our core values. We’ve designed this course with feedback from hundreds of students to ensure it is accessible to everyone.

No, you don’t need a gym membership. This program is designed for home workouts, saving you the cost of expensive gym fees. However, if you prefer, it can easily be done at the gym too.

Every second week, you can submit a 60-second video of any course material for detailed video analysis. Plus, you can ask questions during our Facebook Live sessions, ensuring you get the support you need throughout the program.
