These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, applications, courses, classes, consultations, workshops, training programs and other services offered by Canine Handler Fitness Ltd. (“Canine Handler Fitness,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
Our website, applications and related digital services are referred to collectively as the “Platform.” Our courses, classes, consultations, workshops, training, coaching and related offerings are referred to collectively as the “Programs” or “Services.”
By accessing the Platform, purchasing or accessing a Program, creating an account, or participating in our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Platform or participate in the Services.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account. Account credentials may not be shared with another person.
Canine Handler Fitness reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate access to an account, Program or Service where these Terms have been violated or where we otherwise reasonably determine that access should be restricted.
2. Programs & Services
Canine Handler Fitness provides fitness, mobility, strength, conditioning, injury-prevention, coaching and related educational Programs and Services.
Participation requires personal commitment and consistency. Individual results will vary and Canine Handler Fitness does not guarantee any particular physical, performance, health or other outcome from participation in a Program or use of the Services.
Information provided through our Programs and Services is intended for educational and informational purposes.
3. Purchases, Pricing & Refunds
Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase, purchases of Programs are final sale and refunds will not be provided.
Prices for Programs and Services may change from time to time without notice. A price change will not affect a purchase that has already been completed unless otherwise stated in the terms applicable to that purchase.
Any additional subscription, membership, renewal or cancellation terms presented at the time of purchase will form part of these Terms.
4. Program Access
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, access to a purchased Program will be provided for 180 days from the Program’s start date.
Programs are provided exclusively for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, distribute, publish, sell, resell, license, share or otherwise exploit any portion of a Program or provide another person with unauthorized access to a Program.
Canine Handler Fitness reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where a Participant breaches these Terms.
5. Permitted Use of the Platform
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Canine Handler Fitness grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the Platform and its content.
You may not:
- republish, redistribute, sell, license or commercially exploit the Platform or its content;
- modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on the Platform;
- collect account information or content for another person or organization;
- use automated tools, crawlers or similar technologies in a manner that interferes with the Platform;
- use the Platform or Services for an illegal or unauthorized purpose; or
- share your account credentials or otherwise provide unauthorized access to the Platform or Services.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, Programs and their content, including text, photographs, videos, graphics, training materials, course materials, branding, logos and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Canine Handler Fitness and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
You may use Program materials solely for your own personal use in connection with the applicable Program or Service.
7. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
Canine Handler Fitness provides fitness training, coaching and educational information. The Programs and Services are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Canine Handler Fitness is not acting in a medical professional capacity when providing the Programs, Services or related educational materials.
You should consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns and before beginning a new fitness program where appropriate.
You are responsible for determining whether you are physically capable of safely participating in a Program or Service.
Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks. Additional terms relating specifically to those risks are contained in our Release & Waiver, which Participants may be required to accept before participating in certain Programs or Services.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Every individual is different. Results depend on numerous factors, including participation, consistency, physical condition, lifestyle and circumstances outside the control of Canine Handler Fitness.
We do not guarantee any particular result, outcome or level of success from the use of the Platform, Programs or Services.
