Meet Chantal.

Winnie, her windsprite, loves to fly—running is her love language. But for a long time, Chantal felt like she was holding their team back.

She kept trying to build her running fitness, but every attempt left her injured and discouraged. She wanted to keep up with Winnie, not just for the sport, but to give her the best life possible.

Six months ago, Chantal decided to take a different approach—one that would build her endurance without breaking her down. She focused on sustainable progress, developing her aerobic fitness with Zone 2 cardio while gradually increasing her strength.

She started with low-impact run/walk sessions to build endurance safely, and maximize her aerobic fitness. Now, she’s consistently running 2-3 times per week in Zone 2 and tackling one tempo interval session, steadily increasing speed and duration.

Along the way, she shed 18 pounds through simple, consistent habits and rediscovered her love for movement. But the real win? Her energy levels have skyrocketed, and she finally feels strong, capable, and confident.

Her next big goal: a sub-25-minute 5K. And with Winnie by her side, we know she’s going to crush it!
