For our program, you’ll need sets of dumbbells (5lbs, 10lbs, and 15lbs), this band set, a mat, and a 12-rung agility ladder. Indoor workouts can be done in the space of a yoga mat, while outdoor workouts require a minimum of 30 meters.

Absolutely! Accessibility to quality strength training is one of our core values. With feedback from hundreds of students, we have designed the course to be inclusive and accessible for everyone.

No gym membership is needed! This program is designed for home workouts, saving you the cost of expensive gym fees. However, it can easily be adapted for use in a gym if you prefer.

Three weeks out of every month, you can submit videos for review and form analysis. Additionally, we will conduct case studies on various course combinations to provide further insights and support.
