General Questions

Canine Handler Fitness is an online platform offering specialized fitness programs designed specifically for dog handlers. Our programs focus on improving agility, strength, and overall performance to help handlers excel in dog sports.

Liz is the founder of Canine Handler Fitness and a certified personal trainer with years of experience as a dog handler. Her expertise and passion for fitness and dog sports drive our programs and empower handlers to achieve their goals.

Enrolling in a program is easy! Simply visit our Training page, select the program that aligns with your goals, and follow the prompts to enroll. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our team.

 For access to our comprehensive range of courses, the All-Access Pass is available at $40 per month. The Speed and Strength programs are priced at $30 USD per month. You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time by reaching out to our dedicated support team.

Program-Specific Questions

The All-Access Pass offers a comprehensive range of exercises, including weighted, bodyweight, and band resistance workouts, as well as speed and agility drills using an agility ladder. To fully participate, we recommend having one 12-rung agility ladder, sets of dumbbells in 5lbs, 10lbs, and 15lbs, along with this band set.

For the Speed Program, you’ll primarily utilize bodyweight exercises and agility drills. We recommend having an agility ladder and agility cones on hand to enhance your training experience. These workouts are designed to be completed with minimal equipment, making it easy to get started.

In the Strength Program, you’ll engage in a variety of exercises including weighted, bodyweight, and band resistance exercises. We suggest having sets of dumbbells in 5lbs, 10lbs, and 15lbs, as well as this band set to maximize your workouts.

Absolutely! Our courses are designed to accommodate handlers of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. Each workout is scalable and can be adapted to meet your individual fitness level and goals, ensuring a personalized experience for everyone.

Account and Technical Questions

Once enrolled in a program, you’ll receive access to our app, where you can view and follow along with the course materials, watch instructional videos, and participate in discussions with fellow handlers.
